About these terms
PricePoet ("we", "us") provides this website. These terms apply to everyone who uses it. You must be able to form a binding agreement, and some products we list are for adults only (see "Age-restricted products").
Information only
PricePoet shows prices, offers, codes and product details gathered from brands' own stores and pages. We show the date of each check, but prices, offers, stock and terms change without notice, and we can be wrong or out of date. The store's own page and checkout are the final word. Always confirm the price, terms and availability with the seller before you buy.
Codes and offers
Codes and offers belong to the brands. We cannot promise that a code will work for you or on your order. Brands can limit codes by product, date, location, order size or customer, and can end them at any time. A code that does not work is not a reason for a refund or claim against us.
Not advice
Nothing on PricePoet is medical, health, legal, financial or professional advice, or a recommendation to buy or use any product. We do not make claims about what any product does. Talk to a qualified professional before using health products, supplements, devices or testing services.
Age-restricted and research products
Some listed products, such as nicotine pouches, are for adults 21 and over and carry health warnings. Some are sold by their sellers for research use only. Listing a product is not a recommendation, and we do not encourage anyone to use a product in a way the seller does not permit or the law does not allow. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
Follow alerts
If you tap "Follow" on a product and give us your email, we may email you about its release and price changes. Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis: they can be late, can be missed, and can stop at any time. We do not promise that a price will hold or that a product will be in stock. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we keep your address only so we do not email you again.
Other sites and purchases
We link to stores we do not own or control. Your purchase is a contract between you and that store, under its terms, privacy policy, shipping and return rules. We do not sell products, take payment or handle orders, and we are not responsible for the store's products, service or content. We may earn a commission from some links (see our affiliate disclosure).
Our content, brand names and images
The PricePoet name, logo, design and the way we organize and present information belong to us. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the products and stores we cover. Listing a brand does not mean it endorses or is connected to PricePoet. If you own a brand name, image or other content shown here and want it corrected or removed, email [email protected] with the page address and what you want changed, and we will look at it promptly.
Using the site
You may use PricePoet for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy the site in bulk, use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect its content, try to get around technical limits, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that looks automated or abusive.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost savings, profits or data, that come from using the site, relying on information shown here, errors or delays in that information, or your dealings with any store. If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability to you is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may apply to you only in part.
Indemnity
If your use of the site in breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by United States federal law and the law of the state where PricePoet's operator is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved by emailing us first will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, except that either side may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.
Changes and other terms
We may update these terms or the site at any time. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.
