Solawave promo codes, deals and price drops

As of October 5, 2026 the main promotion is a Buy One, Get One Free offer that applies automatically with no code. Solawave states that discount codes cannot be stacked with current promotions, so codes do not work alongside it.

Yes. On October 5, 2026 a test cart with a $399 face mask and a $119 mini device totalled $399. Add any two items and the one of equal or lesser value becomes free automatically. It is for US addresses only, has no stated end date, and Solawave notes product exclusions may apply.

You have 60 days from delivery to start a return, even on used devices, and US orders get one prepaid return label per order. The return must be in transit within 15 days of the label being created, original shipping fees are not refunded, and orders over $1,000 may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Yes. The refund is proportional to each item's retail value: on a $399 order containing a $399 mask and a free $349 mask, returning the $399 mask refunds about $212.67. Up to two opened BOGO items are refundable to the original payment method.

Solawave accepts HSA/FSA funds through Truemed. You select 'Pay with HSA/FSA' at checkout and complete a short health assessment to qualify, or pay normally and submit the Letter of Medical Necessity for reimbursement.

Devices carry a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date covering manufacturer defects, when bought from solawave.co or an authorised retailer. Proof of purchase is required and topical products are not covered.

Solawave's store locator says its products are sold in store nationwide at Ulta Beauty, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. Returns for retailer purchases go through that retailer, not Solawave.

The cheapest device in stock on October 5, 2026 is the Radiant Renewal 2-in-1 Skincare Mini at $119. The Bye Acne spot treatment is listed at $69 but is sold out, and the 4-in-1 Skincare Wand is $169.
